As General Manager of la Reserve Paris, Frédéric Picard has defined the sales and marketing strategy of the hotel. In addition to the recruiting teams he has also positioned the Hotel among the Parisian leaders of luxury. His expertise has enabled the hotel to become a reference in terms of quality, service and hospitality. After only one year of opening the restaurant has been awarded 2 stars in the Michelin guide.

In the framework of his mission of pre-opening, jointly with the owner as well as the leadership teams of Oetker Collection, Frédéric Picard has participated in the implementation of the concepts of restoration, the positioning of the hotel and the operational procedures of pre-opening.

Palais Namaskar, Marrakech, Morocco, Pre opening and opening

The Namaskar Palace was the first hotel in management of Oetker Collection (owner of the Bristol Paris, Hotel du Cap, Château Saint-Martin, the Brenner's Park Hotel). In the framework of its mission, Frédéric Picard has developed strong relations with the company owner in order to put in place the commercial strategy and also the positioning of the Hotel among the best of Morocco.

Mazagan Beach Resort, El Jadida, Morocco

Pre opening and opening

Mazagan Beach Resort was created in the framework of the project "Vision 2010" wishing to promote the development of international tourism in Morocco. This was the project the most expected in 2009 and its opening has attracted the attention of the whole country because of the considerable challenge, both at the level of the geographical positioning that economic for the region.
